Changing your password and two-step verification

Change your password and add a phone-code layer of protection.

Steps

  1. 01

    Change password

    Personal settings → Security → Change password: current, new, confirm. Suggest a strong password makes one up. Update password.

  2. 02

    Turn on two-step verification (recommended)

    Two-step verification (2FA) → Enable. Scan the QR in your authenticator app and type the 6 digits.

    Note: Save the backup codes somewhere safe — they're the only way in if you lose your phone.
