24-hour window (WhatsApp)
A WhatsApp rule: free text only within 24 hours of the customer's last message; after that, approved templates only.

Automated task

Close chance
A 0–100 AI score of how likely the lead is to close.

Commission

Control panel

Conversion rate

Deal

Lead
