The system creates tasks for you. Here's when, and how to spot them.

    Three sources

    • After a call analysis — AI spots the agreed next step and creates a task (no duplicates).
    • Meetings — each meeting creates a meeting reminder on its day; it changes only with the meeting.
    • WhatsApp bot — if a bot conversation stalls for an hour, a follow-up task is created (when enabled).

    Spotting them

    The Automated tab shows only these. Rows carry a purple ✨ tag and the drawer says "Created automatically".
