The Tasks page at a glance

What's on the Tasks page: today's progress, "Next up", a three-week strip and the list by time.

The Tasks page answers one question: what should I do now? Everything is ordered by time — overdue first, then today, tomorrow and this week.

    Tasks

    Click Tasks in the menu.

  2. 02

    The dark panel on top

    • The progress ring — how much of today you've closed.
    • Next up — the most important task now, with Mark done and Details.
    • Four counters that double as filters: Overdue · Due today · Next 7 days · Done today.
Tip: In the corner — New task, or just press N.
  3. 03

    The three-week strip

This week, next week and the week after. Each day shows its task count and a load bar — a crowded day turns amber.

    • Arrows page three weeks; Jump to month reaches any month in the next two years.
    • The red Overdue cell shows everything you missed.
  4. 04

    The list — by time

Grouped into Overdue · Today · Tomorrow · This week · Later · No date. Click a group header to collapse it.
Each row: a circle to tick, the lead, the due date ("3 days late", "Tomorrow", "Thursday"), priority and category.

You should see: Within each group — ⭐ important first, then by priority.

Questions

Some tasks are missing.

Tasks of won or lost leads are hidden; a paused lead's tasks return when it's due back. Completed tasks are hidden too — the eye button shows them.

Manual vs automated?

Manual = someone created it. Automated = the system did (e.g. next step after a call analysis, or a meeting reminder). See Automated tasks.
