Reading the lead list: colours, tags and counters

What the coloured stripe means, what the tags by the name mean, and how to know who to handle first.

The lead list is your main workspace. One glance tells you who's urgent, who's new and who came back.

Steps

  1. 01

Layout: list, card and side panel

On a computer the screen has three parts:

    • List — Lead list.
    • Centre — the selected lead's card. With nothing selected it says "Pick a lead from the list".
    • Side panel — Tasks & details: tasks, notes and conversations.

On a phone the list fills the screen and tapping a lead opens its card; Back to list returns.

  2. 02

The coloured stripe = how urgent

Each row has a thin stripe at its edge showing how long the customer has waited:

    • Light blue — new, make contact.
    • Amber — close to the response target, contact now.
    • Orange — past response time.
    • Red — at risk of losing, contact immediately.

Hover the row for the exact explanation.

Tip: Closed, paused or lost leads appear muted — they need no work right now.
  3. 03

    What each row shows

    • Name (and nickname) plus the source icon.
    • Date: "Contact: ..." (last touch) or "Arrived: ...".
    • Close chance — an AI score.
    • A quick-call button.

Tags you may see: New · Back from paused / Back from reminder · Returning lead · Unassigned · Pending deletion approval.

  4. 04

The header: add, counters, today's summary

    • + — Add new lead.
    • Leads N — how many in the list. To identify N — calls from numbers not yet linked to a lead.
    • The trophy Today's summary — leads handled, calls in and out, average talk time.
    • Managers also see a bin with a number — Deletion requests awaiting approval.
  5. 05

    Three chips that save scrolling

    Above the list:

    • Mine + unassigned — your leads plus leads with no rep yet.
    • Active — new, proposal and near-closing only.
    • Parked / closed — what's been set aside.
You should see: You see only what matters now.

Questions

A pop-up asked "Move to next lead?" — what's that?

After you finish with a lead, the system offers to jump straight to the next urgent one. Click Go.

What does "Registered again" mean?

An existing lead submitted a form again. No duplicate is created — the lead is updated and marked as returning.

Why did a lead disappear from the list?

Probably a reminder was set — the lead hides until then and returns by itself. Or it moved to paused/closed — try Parked / closed.
