    Control panel → Company settings → Profile & branding: name · logo · brand colour · tagline · industry · Short about (for AI).
    Fetch details fills empty fields from your website.

    Tip: "Short about" feeds the AI — describe what you sell and to whom.

    Language & region

    UI language · currency · time zone · AI insights language · call transcription language.
    Returning customers — after how many days from closing a returning customer opens a new deal.

    Note: Changes here save only via the "Unsaved changes" bar.

    Products and data

    • Products — catalogue for quotes.
    • Data & privacy — export everything or delete the workspace (with a grace period).
  4. 04

    Your plan

    The header shows plan, trial end and monthly usage (WhatsApp, AI). Billing questions — contact support.
