Connecting your mailbox (Gmail / Outlook)

So customer emails go from your own mailbox and are logged automatically.

Steps

Open Connections
Personal settings›Connections
Personal settings → Connections → the Email group.

Connect
Click Connect next to Gmail or Outlook / Microsoft 365 and approve.
You should see: "Connected" — emails from lead cards now go from your mailbox.
Tip: "Reconnect required"? Click Reconnect.
