The whole system is built around one menu at the side of the screen. Five minutes here and you'll know where everything is.
Steps
- 01
The main menu
The dark menu sits on the left in English (on the right in Hebrew). What you see depends on your role:
- Management dashboard — the whole sales picture (managers).
- Leads — your leads. Most of the day happens here.
- My schedule — your meetings. An orange number = meetings left today.
- Sales Booster — a performance coach: what to do now and how you track against goals.
- Tasks — everything to do, organised by time.
- Guides — where you are now.
You should see: The current page is highlighted in blue. - 02
Extra items for managers
Managers and admins also see:
- Campaigns — lead sources and how they're distributed.
- Outreach — bulk email, WhatsApp or SMS.
- YouTube comments — channel comments that become leads.
- Lead sources — connect forms, Facebook, WhatsApp and more.
- Under "Reports & insights": Reports, Commissions and ad reports (Google/Meta Ads).
Tip: The small arrow by the logo collapses the menu to icons. Hover an icon to see its name. - 03
The top bar: help and search
Top bar›How does this work?Every page has a strip at the top with:
- How does this work? — a short tour of the page you're on.
- Your company name and logo.
- Search the whole system... — finds leads, tasks and notes. Shortcut: Ctrl+Shift+K.
- 04
On a phone: the menu button
On phones and tablets the menu is hidden. Tap the three-line Open menu button at the top. A tray slides up with big tiles for each area, and your profile and Log out at the bottom.
Tip: Close the tray by tapping outside it or the X. - 05
Your profile, and the glowing orb
Your photo and name sit at the bottom of the menu — click to open Personal settings (password, language, theme, phone alerts).
Managers also see a glowing orb in the bottom corner — that's the Control panel: users, teams, statuses and company settings. Drag it aside if it's in the way.Note: The "Control panel" orb is the company settings area — it is not the Management dashboard.
Questions
I don't see an item my colleague sees.
The menu follows your role. For example, reps don't see the Management dashboard or Campaigns. Need access? Ask your company admin.
Where do I change language or switch to dark mode?
Your photo at the bottom of the menu → Personal settings → Preferences. Remember to click Save preferences.
Where are notifications? There's no bell.
Right — there's no notification centre. New leads pop up in the corner, and you can turn on phone alerts. See Phone & desktop alerts.
