I can't find a lead

A lead "disappeared"? Five checks in order — it's almost always one of these.

Steps

    1. Does it have a reminder?

    A lead with a reminder hides from the list until then. Find it on Tasks or with Ctrl+Shift+K.

  2. 02

    2. Did its status change?

    Paused/closed leads aren't in Active. Click Parked / closed or Filter & sort → Clear all.

    3. A saved filter is on?

    Check for a forgotten rep/campaign/status filter — "X of Y" gives it away.

    4. Reassigned?

    If you only see your own leads, one handed to someone else disappears for you. Ask a manager.

    5. Deleted?

    A manager can find it under Control panel → Deleted items and restore it.

Questions

The customer says they filled a form but there's no lead.

Admin: Lead sources → Recent intakes — every failed lead and why (e.g. missing phone/email).
